Using the HSK to Learn Chinese Fluently

Tests such as the HSK exist to certify that non-native Chinese speakers are qualified to communicate in Chinese. These tests are aimed at testing Chinese required for business, school, and daily interactions in China. Universities and businesses often require proof of language proficiency for non-natives. But they also help you learn to speak mandarin fluently.

When you take the HSK, be sure to register five weeks prior to the exam date. Registration is not free, nor are materials or tutors — indeed, the HSK will cost you. But it will also help you to evaluate your current Chinese level, which can help you find the shortcomings you must improve. This also can help you find Chinese training plan.

Some students deathly afraid of tests like the HSK. But don’t have an anxiety attack. The HSK test might break your confidence and the bank, but when you go into the testing facility and put on the headphones, you’ll calm down, provided you have prepared well.

Our chinese learning software is an internationally recognised as the #1 comprehensive exam for non-native students of Mandarin Chinese taking the HSK. It tests the 4 components of language (reading, writing, listening, and grammar — speaking is an extra test). In total, the HSK has six levels of difficulty.

Why take the HSK? The hsk chinese test (level six — the most advanced Level) proves test takers’ abilities in Chinese to universities and companies. Its passing serves as a certificate for an educational institution’s decision to accept students. In the US, passing the HSK can allow students to skip courses and earn academic credits.

Using our guides and free material is probably the best way for language learners to gain fluency without sweating through hundreds of hours of classes and homework. Even if you don’t plan to work or study in China, taking the HSK (aka Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) is arguably the best way for a Chinese learner to whip his language skills into shape.
